Before mass production begins, clients receive pre-production photos of actual samples for review and approval — ensuring full visibility and alignment before we proceed. Once production is complete, each batch undergoes final checks, focusing on printing accuracy, construction quality, and packaging integrity.
For sensitive or high-value orders, we apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling protocols. Clients may also request pre-shipment photos or videos to verify that the final product meets expectations before dispatch.
Visual Confirmation and Transparency
Every inspection is documented. We capture time-stamped, high-resolution photos and, where needed, videos of the actual products being packed. These are shared with you before shipment — giving you peace of mind, without surprises.
